Alain Sierro

Mr. Sierro holds a Master's degree in Economics and a Diploma in Finance and Investment (CFPI).

Mr. Sierro founded and managed DynaCapital SA – a company specializing in the establishment and management of hedge funds – in Switzerland and in the United States.

During his former role with UBS, he was responsible for Switzerland for trading in Canadian equities and managed a nostro account in North American shares and options.

Mr. Sierro joined the group Norinvest in 2004 and held the position of CEO of Banque Cramer & Cie SA from 2005 to October 2008 and board member from 2008 to 2011.

He heads up as CEO and later as delegate of the Board, the strategic conversion of Golay Buchel Holding SA (GBH) – a listed company specializing in luxury jewellery internationally – to the financial sector, following which he played an active role in the merger of Banque Cramer & Cie SA with Banque de Patrimoines Privés Genève BPG SA as board member of the two banks.

He was on the Boards of several NIH Group companies including NIH.

Mr. Sierro founded SFO partners together with Mr. Bruttin in February 2011.
